Here’s how things would flow:

⭐ PHASE 1:
Getting-to-Know

During this phase, our muse, you, would fill up a questionnaire form.

The questions delve into who you are, what you do, what the project is, your values, your purpose, and your dream aesthetic/look for your creative venture.

Think of it as going on a virtual coffee date with me! The more detailed your answers are, the better!

Once your form has been submitted, it will undergo a review phase to see if we are a match for this project!

If we are a match, you will receive a FREE Project Estimate, which details:

• scope

• timeline

• deliverables

• costs

If you are happy and ready to proceed, I will then send you our Service Agreement + Initial Invoice so you can officially reserve your slot!

⭐ PHASE 2:
Onboarding/Brainstorming

In this phase, our muse answers his/her official onboarding form. From there, we will proceed to the brainstorming phase of the project!

Depending on your project needs, we will present a concept or two to determine our creative direction.

This phase officially begins upon validation of the muses’ documents and proof of payment.

⭐ PHASE 3
Magical Creation

After completing the brainstorming phase, we are now ready to begin creating your Ala Carte Project!

⭐ PHASE 4
Approval / Revision

In this phase, we will send you the drafts for feedback and/or approval when ready! (Timeline varies depending on the project)

If all is good to go with the design, then we will send you the final invoice for the project. Once the final payment has been made, we will send the official files and links within 24 hours!

If some tweaks need to be done, the muse will then send us detailed and constructive feedback on how the templates can be improved. We’ll send the revised version for approval based on the timeline indicated in the Service Agreement.

⭐ PHASE 5
Payment & Delivery

Now that we’re all happy and excited about the approved design, we will send you your final invoice for payment.

Once payment is received, we will email you your official files + links within 24 hours!

Since The Ala Carte caters to your specific design needs, each project varies in terms of scope, timeline, deliverables, and costs. This means that packages are not applicable in this case.

We will provide you with a customized project estimate for your creative venture based on your design needs.
